Partner B: 5x Snatch (135#, 95#) + 5x Burpee Box Jumps + 5x HSPU
NOTE: Both partners work at the same time …
Partner A: Ladder 1-5 complex (T2B + Pullup)
Partner B: Ladder 6-10 KB Swings (53#, 44#)
NOTE: One athelete works at a time …
